India Institute of Management (IIM) has started accepting the online applications for CAT Exam 2023 on https://iimcat.ac.in/ from August 02, 2023. Know important dates, registration fee, eligibility, exam pattern, syllabus and much more.

CAT Exam 2023: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is all set to conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) in the year 2023. And, the students seeking admission to premier management institutes in India have a great opportunity as the registration process for the exam has officially begun.

Exam Conducting Body: CAT 2023 will be conducted by IIM Lucknow in a total of 155 test centers.

Registrations Now Open: As per the official notification published on https://iimcat.ac.in/, you can start the registration process for CAT Exam 2023 from August 02, 2023 onwards (10:00 AM). The application window will remain open until September 13, 2023 (05:00 PM), providing you with ample time to apply.

CAT Exam Date 2023 for MBA: The national-level Common Admission Test 2023 for admissions to various MBA (Master of Business Administration) specializations will be held online i.e. on Computer in 3 sessions at the allotted test center on November 26, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria: A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% for General, EWS & NC-OBC candidates, and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates is the baseline for eligibility. Candidates in their final year of study or awaiting final examination results are also eligible.

Prospective applicants must review the eligibility criteria carefully from the official information bulletin published on IIM CAT 2023 website, before starting filling the application form of the CAT registration.

Important Dates to Remember

Syllabus & Exam Pattern: A thorough understanding of the CAT exam syllabus and structure is paramount for effective preparation. The IIM CAT 2023 exam will test the candidate’s ability through three different sections namely Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR).

Registration Fee: The non-refundable registration fee is applicable only once, regardless of the number of institutes applied for. Here are the fee details:

• For SC, ST, and PwD candidates: Rs. 1200
• For all other candidates: Rs 2400
