For 25% of seats, Ganpat University invites applications from candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination in India and have appeared in JEE Main 2023. The merit list for these seats will be determined by the performance in JEE Main 2023.

Candidates applying for B. Tech courses based on JEE Main must have appeared in JEE Main 2024 and passed the HSC (10+2) examination with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) in subjects prescribed by AICTE and notified by the Government.

Tech programs at Ganpat University must have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant field from a recognized university. The minimum aggregate marks required for eligibility is 50% (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories).

Ganpat University course admissions to the M. Tech programs is done through the ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) process. Candidates must have appeared for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination, and the admission is based on the merit list prepared by ACPC. FoET prepares an inter-se merit list for M. Tech admissions. Shortlisted candidates receive email invitations for online counseling interviews.
