An HR analyst is a professional who specialises in analysing data related to the workforce of an organisation. They use statistical analysis and software tools to interpret data about employee performance, recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits as well as other HR-related metrics. The job roles and responsibilities of an HR Analyst includes data collection and analysis, presenting reports on HR metrics, conducting research on HR trends, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, assisting in the recruitment along with selection process.
