Eligibility

For Bachelor’s

  • Students must apply for law entrance exams like the CLAT, LSAT, etcetera after finishing high school. 
  • They are eligible to take admission in LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB or BSc LLB programmes depending on their entrance exam results. 
  • After receiving their degree, they can apply for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and pass it to begin practising law. 

For Masters

A seeker must meet one of two requirements to be eligible for an LLM in family law: they must have either a 3-year LLB or a 5-year integrated law degree with a graduation average of 55%.
