A Hotel Director is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a hotel. They are responsible for ensuring that the hotel operates efficiently and profitably while providing exceptional guest experiences. 

The Hotel Director must manage a wide range of departments within the hotel including housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage as well as maintenance among others. They work closely with department heads to establish and implement policies, procedures and standards that ensure the hotel meets or exceeds guest expectations. Eligibility

For Bachelor’s 

  • Aspirants need to clear 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board.
  • Some Colleges/Universities also require an entrance exam.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, B.Sc or BHM is a great option in order to become a hotel director.

For Master’s 

  • Candidates can go further for master’s to enhance expertise and knowledge in this field.
  • A master’s degree in Hotel Management, MHM or MTHM is a well-suited option.
