An HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations as well as compliance. Moreover, the individuals are required to assist the department in various activities such as recruitment and selection of new candidates in a particular organisation.
