Protect your future with training for aspiring insurance agents.

About

As an insurance agent, your primary responsibility is to help individuals to find the right insurance policies to protect their assets, liabilities and other interests. The successful candidates work with clients to assess their needs for insurance coverage, considering factors such as age, health, lifestyle, business operations and other risk factors. Moreover, based on an analysis of a client's needs, an insurance agent recommends specific insurance policies or coverage options that meet their needs and budget.

To become an insurance agent, you will need to know the details of each insurance policy you offer and be able to explain the benefits, limitations and costs of each policy to clients. Once a client has chosen an insurance policy, the agent is responsible for processing their application, including gathering required information and completing paperwork.
