Microbiologists are professionals who study different microscopic organisms such as bacterias, fungi, algae and other types of parasites. They study microscopic organisms in order to know their nature and what they would cause to other living things. Eligibility

For Bachelor’s

  • Students need to pass 10+2 and acquire at least 50% marks in science (Biology as mandatory) stream from any recognised board. 
  • Aspirants can opt for a B.Sc degree in Microbiology, Biology, Botany/Zoology or any other related degree.  

For Masters

  • Scholars need to pass their Bachelor’s degree in Biology or any other related degree with at least 50% marks to get admission in a PG Course. 
  • Seekers for PG Program can opt for a Master’s degree in Microbiology or any other related degree.
  • To get admission in the PG Program, students need to pass the national level entrance exam. 
  • Candidates can go further for an M.Phil or Ph.D course in Biology.
