The main responsibilities of a Reservation Agent include answering customer inquiries about products and services, providing information about pricing and availability along with making reservations using various reservation systems. For Bachelor’s

  • Aspirants need to pass 10+2 class with at least 50% marks from any recognised board.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management (TTM) or hospitality management is a great option for students. 

For Master’s

  • Candidates can also select a master’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management (TTM) or hospitality management for deeper understanding of concepts.

For Work Experience

  • To become a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), seekers need to have at least 12 months of experience in the travel industry.
  • Maximum 5 years of experience in the travel industry is required to become a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC).
