Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

At Guide Me Career, we strive to deliver high-quality counselling services. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed once without additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • If cancellation is made 24 hours before the session, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges (if applicable).
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refund will be provided once the counselling session has been conducted.

3. Technical Issues

In case of technical issues from our side during online counselling:

  • Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
