1. Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling may be allowed once without additional charges.
2. Refund Policy
- If cancellation is made 24 hours before the session, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges (if applicable).
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refund will be provided once the counselling session has been conducted.
3. Technical Issues
In case of technical issues from our side during online counselling:
- Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
to the original payment method.
